- Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R updated for 2022
- Gets a new colour
- Unlikely to be launched in India Kawasaki has taken the covers off the 2022 Ninja ZX-25R for global markets. And as part of the update, the ZX-25R gets a new colour scheme called Twilight Blue. The paint comes with red and white highlights with grey logos on the fairing. Besides the addition of the new colour, the 2022 Ninja ZX-25R remains unchanged.
It comes powered by a 249cc, inline-four cylinder engine that churns out 45bhp, making it the most powerful quarter-litre motorcycle on sale. The motor is mated to a six-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch.
In terms of features, the Ninja ZX-25R comes with traction control, a quickshifter, two power modes, a USB charging port, and full-LED lighting for the headlamp and tail lamp. While it will make its way to the Japanese market from next month, the 2022 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-25R is unlikely to be launched in India anytime soon as the company would not be able to price it competitively.
