- Gets the same motor as the Saluto 125
- Takes inspiration from the Hayabusa in terms of fascia and colour scheme
Suzuki Taiwan has launched the 2022 Swish 125 alongside the updated Saluto 125. Unlike its sibling’s old-school design approach, the Swish 125 features a rather sporty look with an edgy bodywork. Not to mention, its apron-mounted LED headlight and the paint scheme are inspired from the top-dog Suzuki Hayabusa.
The 2022 Swish 125 uses a 124cc Suzuki Eco Performance (SEP) engine that dishes out 8.5bhp and 9.6Nm. It also packs a handful of nifty features like a fully digital instrument console and USB port.
It rides on a conventional telescopic front fork and dual rear springs. Meanwhile, the braking duties are handled by a front disc and rear drum brake setup.
In Taiwan, the Suzuki Swish 125 is priced at NT$ 82,200 (approximately Rs 2.21 lakh excluding taxes). It’s unlikely to be launched in India anytime soon since Suzuki’s current portfolio already has the Avenis 125 as its sporty-scooter offering.
