Yamaha has unveiled the new, 2022 XMax 250 for the Indonesian market and adorned it with two new colour schemes as part of the update.
There is the Matte Green paint option that comes with golden wheels and Metallic Red with black wheels. These two colours are offered alongside the Signature Black paint option from the 2021 version. Nonetheless, the rest of the motorcycle remains the same in terms of mechanicals and features.
The Yamaha XMax 250 is powered by a 250cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that churns out 22.8bhp and 24.3Nm. It rides on telescopic forks upfront and twin shocks at the rear. As for features, it gets a fully-digital instrument cluster with ample information and Bluetooth connectivity, traction control, ABS and a 12V charging port. Moreover, the XMax 250 also offers full-LED lighting for the headlamp and tail lamp.
Now, Yamaha is unlikely to launch the 2022 XMax 250 in India anytime soon. However, it does have a sporty scooter on offer in the country in the form of the Aerox 155.
