- Spotted testing overseas
- Features new front end with winglets
- Appears to get a new exhaust setup as well
It seems that Aprilia is working on an updated version of the Tuono V4. The test bike has been spotted in Europe with heavy camouflage. However, the visuals give away a bevvy of details and here is what we know about the upcoming Aprilia Tuono V4.
One of the most evident changes for the 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 appears to be its front profile. The split LED headlight appears slightly sharper and angular. Further, it gets a new set of appendages below the lights. Apart from that, the stubby tail section, split seat and sporty build don’t get any major changes.
Even the 1077cc V4 65-degree engine isn’t expected to receive any major updates. It dishes out ample power in its current configuration and is likely to be carried forward as it is. The motor belts out 175bhp and 121Nm and is linked to a six-speed gearbox. It benefits from a bi-directional quickshifter and the same is expected to be carried forward. However, the side fairing has been tweaked slightly for better heat dissipation.
The 2025 Aprilia Tuono V4 test bike is equipped with USD front forks and a monoshock, both adjustable. Maybe the Italian bikemaker could slightly tweak the springs for better and sportier handling on the track as well as the road. Its braking hardware comprises dual front and a single rear disc. We expect a ton of rider aids with the updated Tuono V4. From LED illumination, to ride modes, wheelie control, traction control, launch control, engine braking control, cornering ABS, and more.
Given that the test bike looks close to production, it won’t be a surprise if Aprilia puts the 2025 Tuono V4 to display at the EICMA this year.
