- Only 100 bikes to be made for 2025
- Comes with a new chassis and engine
- Features Dakar race-bike-inspired bodywork, and mechanicals
KTM has taken the wraps off the 2025 450 Rally Replica bike. It is a full-blown imitation of the Austrian brand’s Dakar race bike in every sense, from the design to the hardware, and the overall purpose too. Here is what the bike looks like.
The KTM 450 Rally Replica gets only the quintessential bits. A vertically stacked LED headlight with a transparent cowl around it that also doubles down as the visor. Behind it is the new carbon fibre tower to accommodate a paper roadbook or a digital screen. Then, the 450 Rally Replica comes with a single-piece tubular handlebar with a bunch of switches and billet triple clamps.
KTM has equipped the latest 450 Rally Replica bike with a new SOHC 450cc single-cylinder engine and a six-speed gearbox. The power figures haven’t been revealed yet. The motor now comes with two radiators instead of one like before. The setup further benefits from an Akrapovic exhaust system.
As mentioned earlier, the bike gets a bunch of new bits including a new laser-cut, hand-welded frame. It is suspended on 48mm WP XACT Pro front forks and a fully adjustable monoshock. The brakes on this bike comprise a single 300mm front disc and a 240mm rear disc. What makes the 450 Rally Replica so special is its intended use and the platform it is based.
KTM will only make 100 units of this bike for 2025 and it is likely already sold out. The 2025 KTM 450 Rally Replica's asking price is USD 40,000 (approximately Rs. 33.38 lakh sans taxes).
