Korean motorcycle firm Hyosung has unveiled a new cruiser motorcycle at the ongoing EICMA 2015 in Milan. Called the GV300, this new model features a low-slung cruiser appearance and is powered by a 275cc V-twin engine.
Finished in dark metallic grey, the on-display example looks pretty neat with its clean and minimalistic body panels and all-black treatment for the engine and gearbox.
The GV300 gets a 275cc oil cooled V-twin engine. This fuel injected unit produces 26bhp of power and 23.5Nm of torque and is paired to a 5-speed gearbox. The motorcycle also gets a 14-litre fuel tank for long distance cruising. Hyosung, rather thankfully, is also offering ABS for the new GV300. The Bosch developed ABS works in conjunction with the disc brakes both at front and rear.
The GV300 will go on sale starting next year in select global markets. Here in India, it would be a fitting replacement to the existing Aquila 250 which simply feels dated and as a result, doesn’t justify its high price tag of over Rs 3 lakh.
