- Voxan will attempt world record in Bolivia
- Max Biaggi will ride the bike
- Electric bike generates 200bhp of peak power
Voxan, a two-wheeler brand of the iconic car company Venturi, has just teased their upcoming electric bike. This bike will aim to cross 330kmph which will make it the world’s fastest electric motorcycle.
To do this, the company has roped in MotoGP legend Max Biaggi. He’s a two time world superbike champion and if this run gets through, he will become the man who rode the world’s fastest electric production bike. The company will attempt to set this record at the Bolivian Salt flats.
This bike has been named Voxan Wattman and has been designed in Italy, but will be manufactured in France. The electric motor generates around 200bhp and 200Nm of peak torque at 10,500rpm. The company claims that this EV can do 0-100kmph in just 3.4 seconds.
