- Will be an AI-enabled electric bike
- Claimed to deliver 150km range on full-charge
- Scheduled to be launched in June this year
Revolt Intellicorp, a Gurgaon-based start-up, has recently announced its entry into the electric two-wheeler segment with an AI (artificial intelligence)-enabled electric motorcycle. While this bike is due to be launched in June this year, it has reportedly been spotted testing in Gurgaon.
Most of the body panels of the test mule were camouflaged but we still managed to glean a few details about the motorcycle. It boasts of a modern street bike design featuring a hexagonal headlamp, muscular fuel tank with extensions and a sleek tail section. The headlamp appears to be housing an LED lamp which is flanked by vertically-placed LED DRLs. A closely shot picture also revealed a fully-digital instrument console, single-piece handlebar and a tank-mounted key fob.
Furthermore, in terms of cycle parts, the electric bike appears to be riding on alloy wheels which are suspended by upside-down forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a disc brake on the front, as apparent from the images. Currently, no details have been put out about the motor and power figures. However, as we had reported earlier, the company revealed that the electric bike will deliver a range of 150km on full charge.
Revolt Intellicorp has its headquarters in Gurgaon while it has established a manufacturing plant in Manesar which will be producing 1,20,000 units in the first phase. Founded by Rahul Sharma, the company is awaiting more investment for its future expansion.
