TVS has unveiled carbon editions of two of its famous bikes, the Apache RTR 160 4V and the Apache RTR 200 4V. Both the bikes were unveiled in Columbia at a motorcycle exhibition.
These bikes have received aesthetic upgrades only. Both the bikes get matte black finish whereas the 200 variant has received an additional gloss touch on top of the fuel tank. The side panels of both the bikes get carbon fibre finish which actually looks pretty cool. The same blacked-out treatment can be seen on the Apache 200’s windscreen. Mechanically, there are no changes.
The company is planning to launch both these carbon editions in Columbia this year. Unfortunately, these paint schemes might not make it to India anytime soon.
