- Specifically designed for four-stroke cruiser bikes
- Available in 2.5-litre pack size prices at Rs 1000
- Designed considering India’s climate conditions
Motorcycles now have a new engine oil to vouch for. ExxonMobil Lubricants Pvt Ltd, a wholly-owned affiliate of ExxonMobil Corporation, has launched the Mobil Super Moto Synthetic Technology 15W-50 engine oil. It has been designed specifically considering India’s climate conditions for four-stroke motorcycles. The engine oil is available in 2.5-litre pack size and has been priced at Rs 1000.
The engine oil has been developed chiefly for cruiser bikes as the demand has nearly doubled in the last year, says the brand. With a viscosity grade of 15W50, the synthetic oil is claimed by the manufacturer to offer 57 per cent better protections against wear for a prolonged engine life (based on Industry Standard Engine test sequence IVA in API SL). The oil comes with special additives that help in preventing any deposit formation in the hot spots. This ensures cleaner running of the motor for a longer time. Besides that, the new engine oil has been formulated to optimise the performance of the engine by offering improved low- and high-temperature viscosity, taking into consideration India’s climate conditions.
