- Working on appointing a new partner in India
- To bring Euro5 (BS6) bikes to India
- Definitive launch timeline yet to be announced
After parting ways with Kinetic MotoRoyale in the Indian market, MV Agusta is working on appointing a new partner in the country.
Speaking on the company’s IGTV video, Timur Sardarov, CEO, MV Agusta said that the Italian brand broke its relationship with Kinetic Motoroyale for constant misinterpretations of the contracts. He further added that MV Agusta didn’t think that Kinetic Motoroyale represented the Italian brand in the right way. Thus, MV Agusta is now appointing a new partner in India.
The company will bring its Euro5 (BS6) compliant products to the Indian market, although it is yet to announce a definitive timeline. Italy was among the worst affected countries from Coronavirus Pandemic and MV Agusta was forced to temporarily suspend production in the country.
In other updates, MV Agusta has announced its new MV Ride app that will be compatible with all Euro5 models. The app enables riders to customise various functions on the motorcycle, record ride data and access turn-by-turn navigation on the TFT colour screen of the bike.
