- Yamaha Ray ZR range topped the sales chart
- FZ range led the motorcycle sales for the company

The sales chart of India Yamaha Motor was led by the Ray ZR scooter range while the FZ series topped the motorcycle’s sales. The Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer sold 10,795 units of the Ray ZR scooter range that comprises two models – Ray ZR 125 and Ray ZR 125 Street Rally. Meanwhile, the FZ range secured 7,988 unit sales in the last month as against 7,624 units in the corresponding month last year.

The YZF-R15 saw a marginal decline in year-on-year sales and India Yamaha Motor sold 7,427 units of this motorcycle as against 8,392 units in the corresponding month last year. Its roadster variant, the MT-15, on the other hand, saw a sharp increase in year-on-year sales. The company sold 6,335 units of the MT-15 in November 2022 as against 2,727 units in November last year.
Earlier this month, India Yamaha Motor inaugurated three new Blue Square outlets in Mumbai, Maharashtra. With these newly launched outlets, Yamaha currently has six Blue Square showrooms operational in Mumbai. Notably, the company sells its maxi-sports Aerox 155 scooter exclusively through Blue Square showrooms.
