Airoh has expanded its urban helmet range by introducing the H.20 half-face helmet. This new helmet is part of company’s Urban Jet series and is being positioned as a city helmet.
The company claims that this helmet is one of the lightest in the market with a weight between 1270gms and 1370gms. The helmet comes with three outer shell size and this shell is made of something that Airoh likes to call High Performance Composite (HPC). This has helped the helmet get high level of impact resistance without compromising the light weight.
In terms of comfort, the H.20 comes with adjustable vents on the top and a rear spoiler. There’s also a built-in retractable sun visor that can be operated via a slider placed on the left side of the helmet. One of the best aspects of this helmet is the visor that covers the entire section of the helmet, making it extremely easy to spot vehicles on the road due to the massive view. Airoh claims that the visor is scratch and UV resistant and can be used with a pinlock. This helmet doesn’t come with the d-ring system. Rather it gets a simple ratchet system.
The Airoh H.20 is available in Europe as of now and is priced at Rs 20,433. There’s a very less chance of this helmet hitting India’s mass market due to its pricing.
