Bajaj Auto has updated its Indian portfolio with the launch of the Pulsar P150. This motorcycle has been launched in two variants – single disc and twin disc – with prices starting from Rs 1,16,755. The single disc variant comes with a single piece saddle and a flat handlebar and it has been priced at Rs 1,16,755. Meanwhile, the twin disc version, that gets a split-style saddle and clip-on-style handlebar, is available at Rs 1,19,757.
The styling cues are inspired by the larger displacement models such as the Pulsar N250 and the Pulsar N160. The design elements comprise a tinted windscreen and a body-coloured headlight cowl and engine cowl. The twin disc version further gets a split-style pillion grab rail while the single disc version gets a relatively single-piece setup.
The mechanical specifications include a 149.68cc, single-cylinder engine that makes 14.5bhp at 8,500rpm and 13.5Nm of peak torque at 6,000rpm. Bajaj Auto claims that 90 per cent of the torque is available across the usable RPM range.
Both variants would be available in five colours – Racing Red, Caribbean Blue, Ebony Black Red, Ebony Black Blue, and Ebony Black White. This motorcycle has been launched in Kolkata and it will be rolled out across the country in the coming weeks.
