Aprilia has launched the 2024 Tuareg 660 with a small cosmetic update in the international market. The Italian ADV now comes with three new paint schemes – Atreides Black, Canyon Sand, and Dakar Podium. Here is what the new palette of colours looks like on the Tuareg 660.
The Atreides Black covers the entire bike in two shades of black with red highlights all over. The latter is done on the ‘Tuareg’ sticker, chassis, and front fork covers. Meanwhile, the Canyon Sand option has the tank fairing and a portion of the fork covers coloured in a shade of beige with other areas similar to the Atreides Black option. The third option, Dakar Podium, drapes the Tuareg 660 in blue, white, and red all over and mimics the brand’s race bike livery.
Apart from the aforementioned update, the 2024 Aprilia Tuareg 660 looks similar to the previous model. It features the same design with the tall and upright rider stance. The LED headlight topped by the transparent visor remains unchanged and the 2024 model is powered by the same 659cc parallel-twin engine. It dishes out 78.9bhp of maximum power and 70Nm of peak torque. The mill is mated to a six-speed gearbox.
Even the hardware has been retained for the latest model. The 2024 Tuareg 660 continues to ride on 43mm upside-down front forks and a progressive linkage rear monoshock. Its braking hardware includes twin discs at the front and a single unit at the back. It rides on spoke wheels wrapped in block pattern tyres.
The asking price for the Tuareg 660 is set at USD 12,699 (approximately Rs. 10.56 lakh, sans taxes). Although Aprilia hasn’t mentioned launching the Tuareg 660 in India, we wouldn’t be surprised if it does.
