Ather Energy may start its 2023 with something exciting and fun. The company is planning to launch a few things on January 7 – a new e-scooter will likely be a part of it.
The Bengaluru-based start-up is having a community day on January 7, where it may have invited its customers. As a part of its community interaction, the brand could unveil a new electric scooter or at least a version of the 450X. Over the last few years, this EV start-up has focused a lot on making its customers feel special by rewarding them with some goodies or making them part of important events.
We don’t have a lot of details on this event, but there’s a high chance of seeing a new EV being showcased. It has been almost six months since the brand launched the Ather 450X gen 3. This model received a more extended range and features but also got pricier. Hence, we believe there’s space for a more affordable Ather 450X, as the segment has got quite competitive since the arrival of the Ola S1. And now that Ather has expanded to multiple cities, the brand has the resources to launch a cheaper version of the 450X and cater to a broader consumer base.
