- Trend E electric scooter unveiled

- Gets dual battery

- 60kms in a single charge

Avan Motors has unveiled their latest creation, the Trend E electric scooter. This scooter was unveiled at the Automobile Expo 2019 which was held in Bengaluru.

The Trend E is being positioned as a high performance scooter which boasts a stop speed of 45kmph. This scooter is part of the brand’s Xero series and is powered by lithium-ion battery. The scooter can be ridden for about 60kms in a single charge, and 110kms with its double battery feature. It will take between two to four hours to fully charge the battery.

In terms of design, the Trend E does look a bit premium and modern, thanks to the usage of matte paint. The scooter rides on telescopic front suspension and coil spring setup at the rear. The Trend E is equipped with alloy wheels, disc and drum brakes at the front and rear respectively. It can take up to 150kms of maximum load.

The official pricing is yet to be revealed, and we are expecting that to happen in the next few months. The Trend E once launched will compete  with the Hero Photon that boasts similar specs.
