- Equipped with double-barrel exhaust
- Features LED illumination and semi-digital console
- Looks ready for production
The upcoming Bajaj-Triumph motorcycle has made another appearance during one of its test runs, and the newly surfaced video gives us a close look at the bike. This test unit is slightly different from the other models spotted so far and hints at the brand’s plans to spawn multiple models from the same platform.
Notably, Bajaj has recently taken charge of 15 Triumph showrooms and its operations in India. The joint venture’s first model will likely be a scrambler with an engine capacity of around 400cc. This test mule is equipped with a round LED headlight and a tall beak below it. Even the rider triangle seems upright since the test bike is equipped with slightly rear-set footpegs and the handlebar is inclined towards the rider.
Meanwhile, the instrument console is a part analogue unit with a digital screen beside it. The speedometer has been positioned on the left side, while the remaining meters are housed on the right side of the screen. We expect it to get readouts like the tachometer, trip meter, fuel level, and gear position indicator as well.
The upcoming Bajaj-Triumph scrambler bike is equipped with a split seat, USD front forks, a rear monoshock, and disc brakes at both ends, with a probable 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels setup. It even features a top-box mount at the rear, which Triumph could offer as an accessory.
The most affordable Triumph bike seems ready for production, and its official launch could be around the corner.
