The TNT 25 marks Benelli's foray into the rapidly growing quarter-litre segment. Priced at Rs 1.68 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), the TNT 25 is the new entry-level motorcycle in Benelli's Indian line-up, and will be responsible for generating volumes for the brand. The front of the motorcycle gets a vertically stacked headlamp assembly and a small black visor for the instrument cluster.
The wide straigthbar and the neutral footpeg positioning give the Benelli TNT 25 an upright seating position.
The instrument cluster gets an analogue tachometer, which sits between two electronic displays.
The front wheel rides on USD forks, while the braking hardware is made of a 280mm disc and a two-piston calliper.
The sculpted fuel tank has grooves to latch your thighs on to, and comes decked with racy decals and plastic inserts.
Powering the TNT 25 is a 249cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine, which is rated at 28bhp and 22Nm of torque.
The stubby blacked-out exhaust is proportionately sized and complements the bright paint scheme of the motorcycle.
Benelli offers the TNT 25 with optional crash protectors like frame mounted sliders and front fork protectors.
Benelli is also offering painted rearset footpegs for the rider and the pillion, to offer a sportier riding position.
The optional collapsible levers resist breakage in case of crash, besides allowing you to adjust their positioning according to your comfort.
The BEnelli TNT 25 is available in two paint schemes - rosso (red) and bianco (white).
