- Inaugurates a new dealership in Thane
- Accompanied by a service centre
BMW Motorrad India has recently widened its dealership reach in the state of Maharashtra by inaugurating a new showroom in Thane which is accompanied by a dedicated workshop.
Sprawled across 2,800 square feet, the premium two-wheeler showroom has 11 BMW offerings on display and sale, a customer lounge, and a host of BMW accessories and merchandise. Meanwhile, the workshop is spread over 4,000 square feet comprising five mechanical bays for carrying out the maintenance service of the two-wheelers. Notably, with this new store in place, BMW Motorrad now has its dealership reach in a total of 17 major cities across India.
Out of the 11 two-wheelers present in its India portfolio, the newest offering from BMW Motorrad here is the G310 RR supersport. The motorcycle was launched in India last month with a starting price of Rs 2.85 lakh (ex-showroom). It is based on TVS’ Apache RR310 which has been on sale here for a long time. That means both bikes share almost the entire hardware package, including the 313cc engine, design, and most of the features. Interestingly, the motorcycle has received a decent initial response as it bagged over 1,000 bookings within a month of its India launch.
