MV Agusta has started accepting bookings for the F3 800 in India. The motorcycle can be booked for a token amount of Rs 4 lakhs and the deliveries are expected to commence in the first week of October.
The F3 800 was one of the first MV Agusta motorcycles to be launched in India when the Italian manufacturer made its foray last year. As an entry-level model, the F3 800 quickly became the highest selling model in the company’s line-up. However, when the two-wheeler industry in India shifted to BS-IV emission norms, the motorcycle had to be discontinued. Nevertheless, now the new BS-IV-compliant F3 800 is undergoing homologation and is likely to go on sale in the first week of October.
As of now, the MV Agusta Brutale 800 is the most affordable motorcycle in the company’s line-up. The F3 800 will be launched as a SKD model with a price tag of around Rs 17 lakhs. It will rival against the Ducati 959 Panigale and the Triumph Daytona 675R.
