CF Moto 650GT spotted in India for the first time

CF Moto is planning to make its India debut in the next few weeks. In fact, we revealed their India plans here, where we also talked about the bikes they plan to launch. But it looks like, the company is also planning to launch the 650GT in India, as one unit has been brought to Indian shores. 

From the picture, it is clear that the CF Moto 650GT has been brought to India and is being stored in some sort of a warehouse. There are a few other bikes as well, but all have been packed in a boxed crate. There are a few boxes with CF Moto written over it, making us believe that a lot of spares have been imported as well. This 650GT is likely to be taken to ARAI Pune for homologation or could be tested on Indian roads. 

The 650GT is based on the 650NK and 650MT, both of which have spotted testing on Indian roads. But the GT version gets different seats, revised ergonomics and an LED setup. The fairing is new as well which goes very well the whole GT theme. The 650powered by a 649cc twin-cylinder DOHC engine that churns out 75bhp and 45Nm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox.

The 650GT will go against the Kawasaki Ninja 650 but we are expecting CF Moto will price the GT much lower than the Japanese rival, as the brand is new, and it will take some years for it command premium.
