- Priced at EUR 5,790 in Germany
- Rivals the Kawasaki Eliminator 500
- Powered by a 449cc, parallel-twin engine
Chinese bike maker CFMoto has launched the 450CL-C bobber in Europe. This mid-sized cruiser competes against the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 and the Honda Rebel 500 in international markets.
The CFMoto 450CL-C’s design is eerily similar to the Kawasaki Vulcan S. It boasts a classic cruiser styling with a round LED headlight, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, small side panels, and a curved rear fender. It comes in two colour options – Nebula Black and Bordeaux Red. The bar-end mirrors, engine fins, and the double-barrelled exhaust add visual appeal to the motorcycle.
The 450CL-C is powered by a 449cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine that features a 270-degree firing order. This motor produces 43.6 horsepower at 9,000rpm and a peak torque of 42Nm at 6,250rpm. It is paired with a six-speed gearbox, while a slipper clutch is standard.
The motorcycle is underpinned by a steel tubular frame suspended by 37mm upside-down front forks and a rear monoshock. The 450 CL-C rides on 16-inch wheels with CST Bobber tires. Braking tasks are handled by a 320mm disc up front and a 220mm disc at the back.
The 450CL-C comes equipped with all-LED lighting, a TFT display, and dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety and rider information. CFMoto has priced the motorcycle in Europe at EUR 5,790, which is roughly equivalent to Rs. 5.24 lakh in India.
