Earlier this year, CFMoto revealed the 450SR sportsbike in China after teasing it multiple times on its social media handles. The 450SR looks quite youthful, to say the least. But what kind of package does it offer? Let’s take a look through these detailed images
While most of the Chinese two-wheeler offerings are imitations of other bikes, the CFMoto 450SR has quite a bit of originality to it. The sporty and sharp design seems quite purposeful and track-ready.
It gets a split LED headlight with boomerang-like LED DRLs as its brows. The 450SR also features carbon fibre appendages on both sides.
The 450SR draws power from a 450cc parallel-twin motor that belts out 49bhp and 39Nm. It’s mated to a 6-speed gearbox and gets a slipper clutch.
On the feature front, the CFMoto 450SR gets LED illumination and a 5-inch TFT screen. The latter offers smartphone connectivity via Bluetooth. It also gets a Type C/Type A chagrin port for added convenience.
The engine is nestled plonked in a steel tube chassis suspended on 37mm USD forks and a monoshock. It gets a 320mm single front disc held by a Brembo caliper and a 220mm rear disc with dual-channel ABS. The CFMoto 450SR rides on 17-inch wheels wrapped in 110/70 front and 150/60 rear tyres.
CFMoto offers the bike in two dual-tone paint schemes: Nebula Black/Zircon Black. It tips the weight scale at 168kg and gets a 14-litre fuel tank.
Currently, CFMoto does operate in India but it’s unlikely to bring the 450SR here anytime soon. So it currently offers only four models in India: 300NK, 650NK, 650MT, and 650GT.
