- CFMoto 650NK SP edition launched in Australia
- Gets more features and premium hardware
CFMoto has taken the wraps off the more premium SP version of its middle-weight naked bike, the 650NK, in the Australian market.
The motorcycle boasts a lot of additional components and refreshed styling that make it a more attractive machine over its standard trim. As for the looks, the company has retained the overall silhouette but the front section including the headlamp assembly and fuel tank extensions have been redesigned. There’s also a new five-inch full-colour TFT instrument cluster along with backlit buttons on the switchgear.
The SP edition also gets more premium set of hardware including KYB suspension setup, new slipper clutch, a tweaked six-speed gearbox for optimized gear changes and new rims. It also gets grippier Pirelly Angel ST tyres wrapped around the 17-inch alloy wheels. Powering the motorcycle is a 649cc, parallel-twin cylinder engine that churns out 60.3bhp of power and 56Nm of peak torque.
In the Indian market, CFMoto has only launched the 300NK BS6 model ever since it pulled the plug on its BS4 line-up. While the discontinued offerings are likely to come back in BS6 avatar, we might also see the fully-faired 300SR entering our shores to take on the TVS Apache RR310 and KTM RC 390.
