- Naked street version of 675 SR-R
- Likely to be launched in China around early 2025
Chinese brand CFMoto seems to be rigorously working on introducing new and exciting products in the international markets. After it globally unveiled the three-cylinder supersport, 675 SR-R last month, the company was recently spied on testing its naked version in China.
The motorcycle is expected to retain CFMoto’s NK nomenclature with the ‘675’ suffix. It will mostly be the SR-R’s stripped-down version without any significant changes to the overall hardware package. The 675cc, inline-triple motor that the spied motorcycle is running on was showcased by CFMoto at last year’s EICMA show. On the sportbike, it produces around 94bhp with a 120-degree crank, two overhead camshafts, four valves per cylinder, and bucket tappets. This is also known to be one of the lightest three-cylinder engines weighing 54kgs.
As is evident in the images, the 675 NK is also using the same cycle parts as the SR-R, including a bridge-type chassis, an aluminium swingarm, upside-down forks, and aerodynamic cladding for the front disc brakes. Barring the absence of the fairing, the entire bodywork including the fuel tank and tail section look identical to the sportbike. Courtesy of the inclusion of a tubular handlebar, the seating ergonomics will certainly be different. Typical of a CFMoto, the 675 NK should come equipped with decent number of features including ABS, traction control, a quick shifter, full-LED lighting, and a colour screen with Bluetooth connectivity.
The CFMoto 650 NK is likely to be launched on its home ground China around early 2025 followed by its entry into other markets at a later stage.
