- CFMoto 700 CL-X gets a modern-retro theme
- Is available in three body styles
- No word about its India launch
CFMoto has announced the launch of the 700 CL-X Heritage in the Philippines. The motorcycle is priced at an equivalent of Rs 5.64 lakh.
The CFMoto 700 CL-X was globally unveiled at the 2019 EICMA in Italy. And while Philippines only gets the Heritage model, the 700 CL-X is also available in two other variants- CL-X Sport and CL-X Adventure. So the Heritage model as its name suggests gets a classic styling complete wit tan leather seat, dual-tone paint and gold detailing.
The CL-X Adventure rides on dual-sport tyres that are wrapped around spoke wheels. And to keep it true to its character, CFMoto has alos thrown in raised handlebars and a large windscreen along with the option of panniers. And the CL-X Sport, although with a cafe racer styling looks the most modern of the lot. It sports lower clip-ons with bar-end mirrors, a different seat and slightly rear-set footpegs. To complete its look, the CL-X Sport gets alloy wheels shod with Pirelli Diablo Rosso Supercorsa tyres.
Nevertheless, all three CFMoto 700 CL-X models come powered by a new 692cc, parallel-twin motor that is said to churn out 73bhp. Nd their feature list includes LED lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled LCD instrument console as well as a cruise control system as standard making it the most advanced CFMoto on sale. While the 700 CL-X does look promising, there is no word whether CFMoto will introduce the motorcycle in India. If it does, the 700 CL-X will be positioned above the CFMoto 650MT and 650GT in the country as the most premium offering.
