Chinese two-wheeler maker, CFMoto, has announced the launch of its 800NK naked roadster in the Philippines at an ex-showroom price tag of PHP 458,000 (Rs. 6.74 lakh). Notably, this motorcycle was revealed earlier this year, and it is already available in the Chinese market priced at CNY 49,980 (or about Rs 5.87 lakh). Meanwhile, its India launch details are not available yet.
The engine on this CFMoto roadster is based on the same unit as the KTM 790 Duke. However, this 799cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor makes a maximum output of 99.2bhp and a peak torque of 81Nm. The engine is linked to a six-speed gearbox. Further, the Chinese brand claims a top speed of 220kmph.
The hardware on the 800NK comprises adjustable KYB upside-down front forks and a rear mono-shock to handle the suspension duties. The braking setup includes dual 320mm front discs and a single 260mm rear rotor. The motorcycle's styling is aggressive, and the CFMoto 800NK boasts a projector LED headlight with an LED DRL, a muscular fuel tank, body-coloured radiator shrouds, and an upswept exhaust setup.
The feature list comprises full-LED lighting, a Bluetooth-enabled fully-digital instrument cluster, three ride modes (Rain, Street, and Sport), a bidirectional quick-shifter, keyless operation, dual-channel ABS, cruise control, and traction control.
