- Yadea F200 e-scooter revealed for European markets
- Goes from 0-48kmph in 2.5 seconds
- Claimed top speed is 100kmph
Chinese electric two-wheeler brand, Yadea is all set to enter the European markets with its newest product, the F200. The electric scooter, which is focused on commuting, looks interesting on paper, although the details about its pricing and availability in Europe are still under wraps.
The most interesting fact about the Yadea F200 electric scooter is that it has been designed in association with the premium car maker Porsche’s design division. And as the company says, the design lines are 'inspired by the sculptural and elegant forms of sports cars'. It is undoubtedly a handsome-looking scooter with a boxy yet proportionate bodywork. The fascia, especially, is attention-grabbing with a sleek, horizontal headlamp housed in a squatting front apron.
In the rest of the areas, the Yadea F200 is close to a majority of 125cc ICE scooters. Powering it is an electric motor with a power output of 11kW that extracts energy from a dual battery pack and makes 236Nm of peak torque. The rated top speed is 100kmph, while the claimed battery range stands at 128km. What’s more, Yadea claims that it can accelerate from 0-48kmph in 2.5 seconds, which is pretty quick.
The information about its availability in the international markets will be released soon. However, as interesting a proposition as the Yadea F200 is, it’s equally unlikely to come to the Indian shores in the foreseeable future.
