The 10th stage of the Dakar Rally 2021 concluded with Monster Energy Honda Team 2021 dominating the event. Monster Energy Honda Team 2021’s Ricky Brabec, Joan Barreda Bort, and Kevin Benavides secured the top three positions. Sherco Factory’s Lorenzo Santolino took the ninth spot while his team mates Harith Noah and Rui Goncalves finished 16th and 19th, respectively. Hero MotoSports’ Joaquim Rodrigues and Sebastian Buhler secured the 10th and 21st positions in Stage 10, respectively.
Monster Energy Honda Team 2021’s Kevin Benavides leads the overall rankings at the end of Stage 10 while his teammate, Ricky Brabec holds the second spot. Red Bull KTM Factory Team’s Sam Sunderland stands third in the overall rankings at the end of Stage 10.
Sherco Factory’s Lorenzo Santolino stands seventh in the overall rankings while Rui Goncalves and Harith Noah are in 21st and 24th positions, respectively. Hero MotoSports’ Joaquim Rodrigues stands 11th in the overall rankings while Sebastian Buhler holds 16th position.
With two stages remaining, the teams will now go to the Yanbu region in Saudi Arabia. Stage 11 will be the longest special with 511km to be done under the clock.
