Hyosung has strengthened its network in India by opening a new showroom in Delhi. Called Urban Bykes, the new showroom is located at Main Rama Road, opposite Kirti Nagar Metro Station of the capital city, and was inaugurated by Mr Shivapada Ray, the COO of DSK Motowheels.
Like the rest of the DSK Showrooms across the country, Urban Bykes integrates a sales, service and spares (3S) facility. The showroom also offers the company’s unique 24x7 emergency service for its customers, under which a customer can avail 24x7 on-site emergency repairs, fuel delivery, lost key support, as well as transfer/towing of the vehicle.
Speaking during the inauguration of the showroom, Mr Ray said, “We found an able partner in ‘Urban Bykes’ who mirror the brand’s commitment of offering highest standard of quality and customer service. We are delighted to partner with them for our new showroom in Delhi. The launch of this showroom makes our network footprint in India even stronger.”
Urban Bykes isn’t the first DSK Hyosung showroom in Delhi as the Korean manufacturer already has two other dealerships in the city. This is an indication of the increasing demand for Hyosung motorcycles in the capital city. Delhi has a large audience willing to spend money on expensive superbikes, and will play a crucial role in the DSK Hyosung’s growth in the Indian market.
