Ducati has updated its smartphone application, MyDucati App with the addition of the new “Maintenance” section. Through the updated app, owners can check details about all the routine maintenance operations carried out on the motorcycle. The added function also offers access to data about the maintenance history and service interventions carried out. Moreover, the app gives details about upcoming maintenance intervals, available updates, and campaigns.
Apart from accessing maintenance data, the smartphone app can be used to configure Ducati motorcycles. The space dedicated to Ducati Dealers can be used to find the closest dealer based on geolocation and consult the services available. Lastly, the News area of the app can be used to access information about new services and events organised by Ducati.
Speaking about the new application, Bipul Chandra, Managing Director of Ducati India, said that the “Maintenance” feature in the MyDucati app aims to deliver detailed information to customers regarding their bike’s health in advance. The MyDucati smartphone app is available for iOS and Android platforms, and it can be downloaded for free.
