- Likely to be launched this year
- Seems to borrow components from Benelli 302S
- VIN data leaked in the USA
Harley-Davidson gave select dealers a glimpse of its upcoming 350cc motorcycle. Now, newly leaked information from the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) submitted to the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has revealed more data on the same.
The American bikemaker has forged a partnership with Hero MotoCorp and could launch its smallest motorcycle, the X350RA this year. The recent information also reveals that the baby Harley could be accompanied by the Nightster Special and Breakout. Harley-Davidson could power the X350RA with a 353cc motor dishing out 23bhp.
From the previously leaked images and engine specs, we got to know that the new cruiser could borrow Benelli 302S’ (sold overseas) mechanicals. This is a result of Harley’s ties with Qianjiang. The latter has stakes in multiple brands like Benelli, Keeway, and QJ Motor.
In the next few days, the Milwaukee bikemaker will take the wraps off its 2023 model lineup and we expect an announcement on the aforementioned bikes as well. So, for further updates, watch this space.
