Hero Electric has announced a free battery checkup at all its service centres across the country. This is being done to avoid any battery mishap that could occur this summer.
Over the last few days, there have been multiple pictures and videos showing some electric scooters catching fire. These e-scooters belong to other brands, but Hero Electric still decided to go ahead and involve their customers to provide them with necessary information on battery health.
Through this free service route, customers will be able to get their EV’s battery checked and also interact with their technicians. Some free services will also be available at over 500 service centres. However, the exact nature of the work involved in those services hasn’t been mentioned yet.
