Hero MotoCorp has expanded the dealer and service network for Harley-Davidson motorcycles in India. The American two-wheeler maker now has 14 full-fledged dealerships and seven authorised service centres across the country.
Speaking about the network expansion, Ravi Avalur – Head, Premium Segment Business Unit, Hero MotoCorp, said that the next objective is to resume the H.O.G. (Harley Owners Group) events. Avalur further added that the company is gearing up for the next annual Rally to be held in Goa during February 3-5, 2022.
Apart from announcing the dealership and service network expansion, the company has also confirmed that it will update its Indian portfolio with the launch of the Sportster S. The new model will arrive in our market towards the end of the year. Bookings for all the existing models and the upcoming Sportster S are currently open.
In more updates, Harley-Davidson has ventured into the used bike market in the USA. The service is currently available in the company’s home market. However, considering Harley-Davidson’s international presence, we can expect it to be introduced in other countries soon. The official details are unavailable yet.
