Hero MotoCorp had a good festive season this year. The company registered a good 20 per cent growth in the season that lasted for 32 days.
The company claims that the overall sales started increasing from the first day of Navratri and the momentum was carried till Bhai Duj. The majority of the sales came from proven two-wheelers like the Splendor and the Glamour range. Decent numbers also came from its scooter range and also the Xpulse family.
The majority of the sales came from Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand and Karnataka. The brand was able to achieve this through various marketing initiatives. There were some good offers along with the provision of booking bikes and scooters online.
