Hero MotoCorp has introduced a new two-wheeler exchange program called ‘Wheels of Trust’. It’s a combination of digital as well as physical old two-wheeler exchange eco-system.
Under the new Wheels of Trust program, one can exchange their old two-wheeler, belonging to any brand, with a new Hero offering. They can do so through the new dedicated website created by Hero which allows the user to do the valuation of their old two-wheeler on their smartphone. The user needs to enter their details including their location and their vehicle’s registration month and year. The next step involves answering certain pre-set questions that are common for all vehicles which help the platform in assessing the condition of the two-wheeler for providing the appropriate value of the old two-wheeler.
This is followed by the appointed experts, present at over 900 channel partners, facilitating the customers with professional certification, spot-bidding for the best value of their vehicle, along with a quick exchange. This is certainly a great initiative by Hero MotoCorp as it should allow users to exchange their old two-wheeler without much stress and effort.
