Hero MotoCorp has announced that it will hike the ex-showroom prices of its motorcycles and scooters from April 2021.
The company said in a press statement that the price hike has been necessitated to partially offset the impact of increased commodity costs. The company also added that it has accelerated its cost savings program to ensure minimal impact on the customer. The motorcycles and scooters from the Indian two-wheeler brand will get expensive by up to Rs 2,500. The rate of price increase will depend on the model and the specific market.
Meanwhile, the company is celebrating its 100 million production milestone with a limited period offer. The 100 Million Celebration Offer brings cash benefits of up to Rs 3,500 on its products. The discount includes cash bonus of Rs 2,500 and an exchange/loyalty bonus of Rs 1,000.
