Hero MotoCorp has announced that it will make an upward revision in the ex-showroom prices of its motorcycles and scooters. The revised prices would be effective from 1 July, 2021.
The Indian two-wheeler manufacturer said in the press announcement that the price hike has been necessitated to partially offset the impact of continuous increase in commodity prices. The company added in the announcement that it continues to drive cost savings program to minimise the impact on the customer.
The revised prices would be up to Rs 3,000 higher than the existing ex-showroom tags. The exact price revisions would depend on the model and the market.
In other updates, the company will soon expand its product portfolio with the launch of the Glamour Xtec variant. Leaked details confirm that the new Glamour Xtec will get a fully digital instrument cluster with a gear position indicator, LED headlight, and Bluetooth connectivity.
