Honda 2Wheelers India has announced its sales data for December 2021. The company sold 2,23,621 units during the month as against 2,63,027 units in the corresponding month last year, thus registering a decline of 14.98 per cent in overall sales. The two-wheeler manufacturer sold 2,10,612 units in the Indian market and exported 13,009 units during the month. In comparison, the company sold 2,42,046 units and 20,981 units in the domestic and international markets, respectively.
During the Calendar Year 2021, Honda 2Wheelers India launched several products in our market. These include the CB200X, Grazia125 Repsol Honda Team edition, and the Activa125 Premium edition in the sub-200cc segment.
The premium portfolio was updated with the launch of the CBR650R, CB650R, CB500X, CB350RS, Africa Twin, and Goldwing models. In fact, since its India launch, the company has sold over 300 units of Africa Twin. The company also introduced the Hness Anniversary Edition and the CB300R BS6 in our market at the India Bike Week 2021. Additionally, the Made-in-India NAVi was also introduced in the American market.
