Honda 2Wheelers India has announced its sales numbers for September 2021. The company reported 4,82,756-unit sales during September 2021 against 5,26,865 units in September last year. The domestic sales stood at 4,63,679 units in September 2021 against 500,887 units in the corresponding month last year. Whereas, exports fell from 25,978 units in September 2020 to 19,077 units last month.
Speaking about the sales performance, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Director – Sales & Marketing, said that the coming few months will be decisive in determining the growth forecast with the year’s most-awaited time of festivals just around the corner.
The Indian arm of the Japanese manufacturer recently updated its portfolio with the launch of the CB200X. This new motorcycle from Honda 2Wheelers India competes in the sub-200cc segment of our market and rivals the likes of Hero Xpulse 200.
On the premium motorcycle front, Honda 2Wheelers India delivered Karnataka state’s 100th Africa Twin adventure tourer. The company has sold over 310 units of the adventure tourer motorcycle across the country since its launch.
