Honda India has recalled over 50,000 two-wheelers in India over front brake issue. These recall has affected Honda’s four models – Activa 125, Grazia, Aviator and the CB Shine.
According to the company, there’s a suspected quality issue in the front brake master cylinder which may cause difficulty in rotation of front wheel that could lead to wheel jam in an extreme situation. These models that have been affected have been manufactured between 4th February 2019 and 3rd July 2019.
The company said that the affected customers will be contacted via call/email/SMS and will ask them to bring their two-wheeler to the nearest service center. The affected part will be replaced free of cost irrespective to the affected vehicle’s warranty status. The customers can also visit Honda’s official website and check if their vehicle is part of this recall.
