- Priced at 826,100 yen
- Available in two colours
- Retains the styling and features of its predecessor
Honda has revealed the price for the 2020 CB400X for Japan. The two-wheeler brand will launch its adventure tourer in the Japanese market for 826,100 yen. The CB400X will be sold alongside the 2020 CBR400R that has been priced at 808,500 yen.
The company unveiled the 2020 CB400X for the Japanese market in June this year. The latest iteration of the motorcycle retains the design of its predecessor. Honda, however, has updated the colour palette and the 2020 CB400X is now available in two options – Matte Ballistic Black Metallic and Pearl Glare White. The 2020 model gets red accents and camouflage themed graphics.
The feature includes full-LED lighting, adjustable windscreen, semi-fairing design, fully-digital instrument cluster and a twin-barrel exhaust. The motorcycle is powered by a 399cc, twin-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that produces 45.3bhp of maximum power at 9,000rpm and 38Nm of peak torque at 7,500rpm.
The CB400X and the CBR400R are not likely to reach the Indian market anytime soon, although they would be ideal competitors for the likes of Kawasaki Versys-X 300 and the Ninja 400.
