- Limited to 300 units only
- Gets full carbon fibre bodywork
- Features a stealth black matte clear coat
Honda Motorcycles has taken the wraps off the limited edition CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition. The motorcycle is inspired by HRC’s racing initiatives and features technology derived from the Honda RC213V MotoGP race bike.
According to the company, the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition is the ultimate ‘all-black stealth racing’ sportbike. The motorcycle features full carbon fibre bodywork, which includes 3K/12K pre-impregnated carbon fibre parts such as full fairing and mudguards, engine guard, and an airbox cover. Even the winglets are carbon fibre.
The bodywork is finished in a UV-resistant matte clear coat to ensure durability and a stealthy appearance. The ultra-rare Carbon Edition is limited to 300 units; of these, 70 units are allotted for France and 45 units for the UK.
In the UK, the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Carbon Edition is priced at GBP 26,749 (Rs. 29.49 lakh), while the standard SP model costs GBP 23,499 (Rs. 25.91 lakh). Do you think Honda should allot a few CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP Cardon Edition units for India?
