- 2022 Honda CBR250RR unveiled in Japan
- Gets new colour
- No other changes to mechanicals
Honda has launched the 2022 CBR250RR in Japan. And for the new model year, the motorcycle receives a new colour scheme.
The new colour called Graphite Black is exactly what it is. It features an all-black look with matte black graphics to complete the theme. However, apart from the new paint scheme, the CBR250RR remains the same as before. It gets the same 250cc parallel-twin engine that churns out 40bhp at 13,000rpm and peak torque of 25Nm of torque at 11,000rpm. It is mated to a six-speed gearbox with assist and slipper clutch as well as a quickshifter as standard.
In Japan, Honda is offering the CBR250RR in three other colour. The company even introduced the Trico colour in Malayasia recently. However, it is unlikely to be launched in India as Honda would not be able to price it competitively.
