- RS-X limited edition scooter unveiled
- Only 5000 units will be made
- Priced at Rs 1.8 lakh
Honda has taken the wraps off one exclusive scooter. It goes by the name the RS-X and only 5000 units will ever be made and sold in Malaysia.
The RS-X Repsol edition gets the brand’s MotoGP livery and it looks cool. Plus, the orange wheels add a bit more style. Just like there’s a big Repsol logo on its MotoGP bike, there’s one on this scooter’s side panels as well.
In terms of performance, the RS-X has some good numbers. The 150cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine makes around 15.5bhp of peak power and 13.6Nm of torque. These numbers are marginally more than the Yamaha Aerox 155, which by the way, is sold in India and is in really good demand.
Honda’s Malaysian arm sells this scooter for around Rs 1.8 lakh, which is a bit more premium than the standard model. Coming to India relevance, we don’t think Honda would launch this scooter in India anytime soon.
