- New X-ADV special edition scooter unveiled
- Limited to only 30 units
- 745cc engine makes 58bhp
Honda has unveiled a special edition of its famous adventure scooter, the X-ADV. This scooter will go on sale in the UK, and only 30 units will be made.
This special X-ADV gets a new yellow paint scheme which looks quite striking. A bit of gold shade can also be seen on this scooter. There are large X-ADV and 750 stickers on it and this treatment compliments the overall new styling. To make it a bit exclusive, the fuel tank will carry the scooter's number. This special edition also gets a range of packs like Comfort and Adventure. These packs include front fog lights, heated grips, leg deflectors and a nine-litre console bag.
Honda unveiled the new X-ADV a few months ago, and as a New Year model, it got a host of new features like cruise control, a new windscreen and a backlight switchgear. The seat also has extra foam for better comfort.
This scooter gets its power from a 745cc parallel-twin motor which makes 58bhp of peak power and is mated to a semi-automatic DCT gearbox. Four riding modes can be used to fine-tune the overall riding.
The X-ADV is a fun and aspirational scooter, but due to its performance and pricing, it doesn’t make sense for a market like India. But if Honda does manage to bring a small number of units to India, many Indians would want to buy it for its exclusivity.
