Honda has updated its entry-level A1-license-compliant CB125R in Europe and for 2024, the motorcycle gets a new paint scheme and upgraded equipment levels.
Rivalling the KTM 125 Duke, the 2024 Honda CB125R gets a new five-inch colour TFT display, which has been carried over from its larger sibling, the Honda CB1000R. The new console can either show analogue dials for speed and RPM or a bar-style layout. The cluster also displays rider information such as fuel gauge, mileage, and a gear position indicator. It also gets an updated switchgear to navigate through the display menus.
The 2024 Honda CBR125R is available in four new colours – Matt Cynos Gray Metallic with Black, Reef Sea Blue Metallic with Matt Cynos Gray Metallic, Pearl Cool White with Matt Cynos Gray Metallic, and Pearl Splendor Red with Matt Cynos Gray Metallic.
Besides the new colours and features, the mechanicals remain unchanged as the motorcycle continues to use the same 124.9cc, liquid-cooled engine that is good for 14.7bhp at 10,000rpm and 11.6Nm at 8,000rpm. The motor is paired with a six-speed gearbox. In the UK, the 2024 Honda CB125R is priced at GBP4,699, which to translates Rs. 4.94 lakh.
