- Gets revised styling with a lot of new features
- India launch unlikely
Honda has given its famous adventure scooter, the X-ADV, some big upgrades for 2025. These upgrades have come in the form of refreshed styling, new features and also performance changes.
Firstly, the front of the scooter has received some styling upgrades – the fairing is new and inside it is a pair of new LED headlights. The DRLs are seen on this scooter for the first time. In the features department, the X-ADV now gets cruise control as standard and the windscreen can be adjusted tool-free between three adjustments and on the fly. The four-way backlight switchgear is now standard. The Japanese brand has also updated the seat to provide better comfort. The seat opening key has been upgraded for smooth operation. The five-inch cluster is new and gets a revised interface. The menu structures are new and it is claimed to work better in harsh sunlight.
On the performance side, the DCT gearbox has been tinkered with to deliver a smoother low-speed response. It gets five-user settings to provide more freedom to the rider. The 745cc parallel-twin engine remains the same as it churns out 58bhp of power.
The new X-ADV will go on sale in Europe in a few weeks, and the price is expected to increase by a decent number. Sadly, this scooter won’t be launched in India anytime soon.
