India Bike Week, the country’s largest biking festival, will be held in Goa on the 2nd and 3rd of February. The organisers have taken inspiration for the festival from the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally which is held in South Dakota every year and attracts over 500,000 bikers from all over the USA.
“India Bike Week is the place to be for hard core bikers, fans of the two wheeler way of living, travellers and India’s many music and festival Fans. We’re already working with the hundreds of bike clubs in India, as well as international bikers, brands, customisers, bike and accessory manufacturers, and musicians to make this an amazing weekend. It’ll be a one hell of a ride!” said Martin da Costa, CEO of 70 EMG, one of the organisers.
The festival will have many activities in place including a vintage and superbike display, stunt arena, MMA fight stage, exhibition zone for bike manufacturer and a rock concert. Tickets starts at Rs 2500 and can be purchased from bookmyshow.com. The event is being organised by 70 Event Media group and Fox Traveller.
